"10/10. He does so much more than train dogs - he trains the people as well. I adopted a border collie and within the first week, ran into some serious aggression issues. Murphy had already been returned to the shelter two times before I got him. The Cuyahoga Falls Vet was nice enough to refer me to Bruce and now this dog is my best friend. He taught me how to effectively lead and communicate with Murphy and now he is a very relaxed, happy & easily influenced dog."

"Bruce trained our German shepherd. We started when he was about 6 months old and not listening. we had to repeat commands, he'd run around crazy through the house, snip/talk back, and chase our cats. Eight weeks later with Bruce, he listens at a distance with one word or a hand signal. He walks right by our side, even occasionally off leash. His personality shines and his obedience gives us the ability to do more with him. Bruce did an excellent job working with him and helping us to understand the training. He always took his time and care to explain the concepts and review anything necessary. Bruce never hesitated to answer any questions, even outside of the sessions. "I reached out to Bruce for help with my 9yr old Shih-Tzu Maltese mix, a rescue pup with me being his third owner. He struggled with excessive barking, aggression towards dogs bigger than him, and all around anxiety. After going through the training, both with Bruce and putting his trainings to work on my own with the dog, we have come such a far way. The excessive barking has settled to him really only barking when necessary. His aggression to large dogs is almost gone and we can walk pass the dogs with barely a notice. We took a car ride for the first time since training started and he was able to lay and be anxiety free in the car.
